GDPR Compliance

Horizon Grid designed Potentia's data model around GDPR principles from the start, not as an afterthought — the product's entire architecture is built so that no personal data is ever processed without the data subject's own, explicit, informed consent.

Lawful basis

Our lawful basis for processing subject data is consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Consent is collected on a dedicated screen before any account, file or text is read, is specific to the request that was sent, and can be withdrawn at any time.

Data minimisation

Only the sub-scores that a subject's connected data actually supports are computed — nothing is padded with a guess. Uploaded pitch deck files are discarded immediately after text extraction; only the extracted text is retained.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing. See Data Protection for how to exercise these rights, or use the “Revoke access” control on your own consent link.

Supervisory authority

If you believe your data has been mishandled, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority, or with the authority for the country where SIA "Horizon Grid" is established: the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija) — dvi.gov.lv/en.
