It's easy to assume the free badge is a watered-down or synthetic version of the real report. It isn't — a badge is generated from the same real, connected data, run through the same scoring engine, only reaching a public share page if the score lands in a shareable range.
The difference is depth and audience. A badge is built for a founder to self-generate and share — a compact, public-facing credential. A full report is built for a specific requester checking a specific subject with the subject's consent, and includes the complete sub-score breakdown, explanations, and narrative that a quick public badge doesn't need to carry.
Neither is a lesser version of the other so much as a different shape of the same underlying, consent-based analysis, aimed at a different use case.
See how a consent-based check actually works.
